The basic terms that govern your use of Coloseos. Plain language, no traps.
Coloseos gives coaches a public site and an admin to run it. By creating an account, you agree to use the service lawfully, to be responsible for what you publish, and to not use it to harm anyone.
Everything you publish — text, photos, services, pricing, advice — is yours. You own it, you're responsible for it. We host and display it on your behalf. You grant us the limited license needed to do that, and nothing more.
You agree not to publish content that is unlawful, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you do not have the right to publish.
Coloseos is a publishing tool. The coaching services you offer, the advice you give, the work you prescribe, the bookings you accept and any outcomes from your coaching are between you and your athletes. We are not a party to that relationship and we are not liable for it.
Don't use Coloseos to spam people, harass anyone, host illegal content, bypass security, or run workloads that aren't coaching-related. We may suspend or close accounts that do.
The Free plan is free. Paid plans — Lite and Pro — are billed in advance, monthly or yearly, at the prices shown on the pricing page. Paid plans raise your per-account caps (people, atoms, collections) and your monthly Colos-AI credit allocation. Colos-AI itself is included on every plan, including Free, with a smaller monthly credit allowance. If we run a trial, you won't be charged until it ends, and you can cancel before then from your admin with no charge.
You can also buy one-off Colos-AI credit packs. They're billed once at checkout, sit on top of your monthly allocation, and don't expire. They are non-refundable once delivered to your account except where the law requires it.
You can cancel a paid plan at any time. Cancellation stops the next renewal; we don't refund the current period unless the law requires it. If a payment fails, we'll try again and email you; if it keeps failing, your account drops back to Free — your public site stays live, your data stays in your admin, and you keep the Free monthly Colos-AI allocation.
Taxes, where applicable, are added at checkout. Prices may change; if they do, we'll give you at least 30 days' notice before your next renewal and you can cancel before the new price applies.
If you believe content on a Coloseos public site infringes your copyright, email abuse@coloseos.comwith the work you own, the URL on Coloseos, your contact details, and a statement that you're the rights-holder or authorised to act. We review in good faith and remove or restrict access where the claim is substantiated.
If your content is removed and you think it shouldn't have been, reply to the notice and we'll look again. Repeat infringers lose their account.
Coloseos connects to third-party services — payment processors, email, maps, analytics, calendar. Those services have their own terms, and we're not responsible for how they behave or for outages on their end. Where we can, we pick providers we trust and document them on the privacy page.
We sometimes ship features marked beta, preview, or experimental. They may change, break, or disappear with little warning, and they're provided as-is with no service commitments. Use them if you're curious; don't build your business on them until they leave beta.
If you send us feedback, feature ideas, or bug reports, we can use them to improve Coloseos without owing you anything. You still own your own ideas; you're just not giving us a problem if we build something similar.
We work to keep Coloseos running reliably, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted service. Features may change, move, or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice for anything you depend on.
You can close your account at any time from your admin. Your public page comes down; your data can be exported before you close; after closure we remove it from live systems within a reasonable time.
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms — for example, illegal content, security abuse, non-payment, or sustained harm to others. Where it's safe and practical we'll tell you what's wrong and give you a chance to fix it first. For serious or urgent issues we may act immediately.
If we close an account for breach, you can still request a data export for a reasonable window afterwards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Coloseos is provided as-is. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from your coaching activities. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of the country where Coloseos is established, and disputes go to the competent courts there. If you're a consumer, this doesn't take away the protections you have under the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
We may update these terms. We'll email you before material changes take effect. Continuing to use Coloseos after that means you accept the update.
Pro coaches with a published public site can apply for a Verified by Coloseos badge from their admin. We review the public site, services, and credentials before granting the badge. If approved, a small badge displays next to the coach's name on their public site, dated with the day of approval. Full criteria and FAQ at /verification.
The badge is a review of the public face, not the coaching itself. It says we checked that the site is real, the services are listed concretely, and the credentials are verifiable. It is nota license, a background check, a medical or legal endorsement, or a guarantee of coaching outcomes. Coaching outcomes remain between the coach and their athlete (see section 3, “Your coaching, your liability”).
The badge only displays while the coach is on Pro and their public site is published. We may remove verification if a coach changes their practice in ways that no longer meet the criteria or after a credible founded complaint.
Coaches must not display the Verified by Coloseos badge anywhere outside their Coloseos public site, or use it to imply Coloseos endorsement of off-platform services or content.
